By placing an order during The 2025 Festive Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final

   • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Damaged Product Policy

   • In case a damaged product is received, the customer must provide a complete and clear unboxing video as proof.

   • Without proper video evidence, no claim will be entertained.

3. No Size Exchange Policy

   • Customers are required to carefully check size, fit, and product details before placing the order.

   • Size exchanges will not be entertained. Due to high demand, selected products may go out of stock and cannot be replaced.

4. Delivery Delays

   • Customers may experience delivery delays due to festive season rush and high courier pressure.

   • We will not be liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

5. Exchange/Return Courier Charges

   • If a customer insists on an exchange or return (subject to approval), they must bear the courier/shipping charges.

   • All sales made during the Flash Sale are considered final.

   • Products once sold will not be eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.

   • We request customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

   • Due to high order volumes during the sale, order processing and dispatch may take longer than usual.

   • Customers are requested to allow additional time for delivery.

   • Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

4. Pricing & Discounts

   • All items are offered at a flat price of ₹399/- during the sale.

   • Additional discounts apply on larger carts (Add more, Save more).

   • Assured gifts are included on prepaid orders above ₹999/- (exclusive of taxes and shipping, if any).

5. Prepaid Orders

   • Prepaid orders above the specified value will be eligible for assured gifts.

   • In case of order modification or cancellation from the customer’s side (if allowed), the gift eligibility may lapse.

6. Terms & Conditions

   • The company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the Flash Sale offers at any time without prior notice.

   • In case of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be considered final.
