Refund policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with MACASO ITALY. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure transparency and clarify our return policy, we have established the following guidelines:
1. All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns on any products sold, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
2. Exceptions: In rare circumstances, we may consider returns for items damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue and obtain instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds: If a return is approved as an exception, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping: In cases where we authorize a return, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item or a damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
5. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please take clear photographs of the damage and send them to our customer service team at sales@macasoitaly.com within 4 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Exchange: If you want to exchange your product, you have to write us an mail at exchange@macasoitaly.com with Order No., Invoice No., Contact No. and Address along with the required size you want to exchange within 2 days of delivery.
Exchange will be made only for the SIZE issue of the same product.
- Exchange product must be attached with the tag.
- We will provide you the shipping label on the mail which should be attached with the product for pickup.
- Product will be under QC to get approved for exchange.
- After Quality Check you will get the exchanged product within 8-10 Working days.
- If pickup is cancelled or refused by the buyer, no re-attempt will be made.
